IPSec won’t connect

Double-check the server address, VPN username and shared secret — a single wrong character stops IPSec cold. Re-copy the shared secret from your account area.

Installer blocked

If macOS refuses to open the package, right-click it and choose Open, or allow it under System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Frequent disconnects on iOS

Enable “Connect On Demand” in the VPN configuration, or switch that profile to OpenVPN for a more resilient tunnel.
