Location List Not Updating

A stale server list usually just needs a fresh download.

Step-by-step

3 steps

Fully exit the client

Right-click the SlickVPN icon in the taskbar tray and choose Exit — closing the window alone leaves it running.

Relaunch

Open the client again. On startup it downloads the current location list from our servers.

Still stale?

Check your internet connection and any firewall — the client needs outbound access to fetch the updated list.
